Rooms were nicely decorated and set out. Most staff were friendly. Great location 20 mins from the tower but could see it from a local park 10 mins away. Great place to stay because you can see the tower at night lit up and then get back to your digs easily.

Outstanding location. Close to Eiffel Tower and multiple metro stops. We've stayed here a couple times and love the neighborhood. Despite it's location, seems minimally touristy and most shops and restaurants prefer to speak to me with my mediocre French rather than in English, which I quite enjoy. The nearby pedestrian shopping streets gave my family an authentic Parisien feeling with the boulangerie, patisserie, produce shops, cafes, etc. The breakfast is a great value if you want to eat at the hotel. The courtyard area is splendid.

It’s in a great location, only a 5-10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. I also liked that it was tucked away from the street, so it was nice and quiet at night. Lots of shops and cafes close by for convenience as well. Rooms were kept clean. And reception is always manned as well, which was nice to have for security and even just a polite “bonsoir” when returning in the evenings. Beds are ok, but we were out from mid mornings to late in the evenings so by the time we got back we were so tired we could sleep through anything!! Also very thankful that our lift was working to get to our second floor room the whole time, as we wouldn’t have fancied tackling those stairs.

Excellent location, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, bus, metro, boulangerie and shops. Had rooms available at short notice when transport issues meant a change of plan during the Olympics.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Great quality/price. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. The neighborhood is very pretty and the area is safe: we walked to Trocadero and back at night with no issues (both me and my friend are women, so we're usually aware of our surroundings). The owner was nice and responsive. Will definitely come back.

The location was great. It's in a wonderful, super safe area and is just off of a popular shopping street. The hotel is totally quiet because it is tucked in facing a vine covered wall with a pleasant, very narrow garden. The front desk is available 24 hours, so helpful because my son lost his key and needed a new one late at night. The breakfast exceeded my expectations in its assortment. Every staff member we met, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast service were all polite and very helpful. We had enough space in our room: 511, and it had a high ceiling. We'd be happy to come back.

The room doesn’t have AC but there’s a big fan, which was enough. Most nights we didn’t even need it because it wasn’t that hot. Beds are comfy, everything was super clean. The location is nice, it’s away from the main street so it’s quiet and a bit cooler thanks to the trees and shade. The area feels really safe and it’s close to the Eiffel Tower and metro, which is perfect if it’s your first time in Paris. Also, I saw some reviews mentioning payment issues, in my case, they charged my card when I booked but then refunded it, so I just paid at the property and didn’t have any problems with double payment. The staff is very nice and professional.

Location was easy to access to and from the Metro. It was like walking into another world, from the busy city life into this beautiful, quiet space. I could leave my luggage at reception, as I was there earlier than the preferred booking in time and then I could go and enjoy the scenery without worrying about my luggage. Room and bathroom was clean. I looked into another apartment from my window, but that did not matter as I spent very limited time at the hotel, and I could still open my windows wide and enjoy my room.

We had prompt and helpful communication from the hotel prior to our visit. The location was fantastic, super close to the Eiffel Tower but also with safe parking nearby. The entrance is in a cute courtyard area, with lovely plants, it felt very French and authentic. Our room was up several quirky flights of spiral stairs, which was characterful and the boys thought was an adventure! The room was clean and spacious, shower strong and hot, beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Other than some confusion over the breakfast, which was resolved speedily and politely, our stay was fantastic, and we were sad to have to leave! Would definitely recommend.
